CHOCOLATE MINT BARS 
CRUST:

Pillsbury Plus chocolate cake mix plus 1/4 tsp. mint extract
1/3 c. softened butter
1 egg

FILLING:

1 env. unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. boiling water
2-3 drops green food coloring
1 can Pillsbury ready-to-spread vanilla frosting
1/2 tsp. mint extract

FROSTING:

1/2 c. chocolate chips
3 tbsp. butter

Combine crust ingredients at low speed until crumbly. Press on bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Cool. Dissolve gelatin in water. Cool. In large bowl combine filling ingredients (include gelatin in water) and beat for 1 minute until smooth and creamy. Spread evenly over cooled crust. Heat frosting ingredients until melted, stirring until blended. Drizzle over filling. Chill until firm. Cut into squares.
