BEEF VEGETABLE SOUP 
2 lbs. trimmed stew meat, cut in sm. pieces
2 lg. potatoes, pared and cubed
2 onions, chopped
2 c. celery
2 c. chopped cabbage
1 (24 oz.) can V-8 juice
1 tbsp. seasoned salt

Brown meat. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer about 4 hours or put in crock pot for 10 hours on low.
