SPARERIBS HAWAIIAN 
4 lb. spareribs

In large bowl, blend 1/2 cup bottled Italian dressing, 1/2 cup soy sauce, 1/2 cup unsweetened pineapple juice, 1/4 cup cornstarch, 1/4 cup sugar, 3 tablespoons chopped crystalized ginger.

Place 4 pounds spareribs cut into 3 rib portions in large baking dish. Pour on dressing mixture; marinate 30 minutes in refrigerator. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, then grill, turning and basting frequently, until meat is done.

Makes about 12 buffet servings. Boiled white rice, refreshing iced tea, and fresh pineapple and orange slices sprinkled with shredded coconut round out the party menu.
