SPINACH SALAD 
1 bag fresh spinach, washed, stems removed (drain in colander)
1 can drained bean sprouts
1 can drained water chestnuts
1 can drained water chestnuts
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
5 strips bacon or Bacos

DRESSING:

1 c. oil
3/4 c. sugar
1 onion
1/3 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix dressing ingredients in a blender, it will thicken.

If taking salad to a gathering, carry dressing separately and put on when ready to serve. Salad does not keep well for the next day with dressing on, it becomes soggy.
