“CORN BREAD DRESSING” IS IN:
NEXT RECIPE:  CRANBERRY CHIFFON PIE

CORN BREAD DRESSING 
1 c. butter, melted
2 lg. onions, chopped
1 1/2 c. chopped celery and celery leaves
4 tbsp. chopped parsley (optional)
8 c. crumbled corn bread
4 c. bread cubes
2 tsp. sage (or to suit taste)
1/2-1 tsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. salt
3 eggs
Cooked chopped giblets
2-3 c. chicken or turkey broth
1-2 c. chopped chicken or turkey if a meatier dressing is desired

Crumble breads into large bowl or pan. Add all ingredients. Mix thoroughly, adding enough broth until mixture has the appearance of unbaked corn bread. Place in buttered baking dishes or large pan.

Bake at 325-350°F about 20-30 minutes (or until slightly brown around edges). Pour hot broth over dressing before serving.
