CORN BREAD DRESSING 
Cooked corn bread
4 med. onions, finely chopped
3 celery ribs, washed, finely chopped
1/2 c. chicken broth
2 tsp. thyme
1 tbsp. sage
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. black pepper
4 eggs
1/2 lg. bell pepper

Crumble corn bread in a large bowl. Put onions, bell pepper, celery in chicken broth; bring to boil. Add this to corn bread. Sprinkle all spices over this mixture and mix well. Add eggs; add more broth to get the right consistency. Put dressing into roasting pan and bake in oven at 350 degrees until cooked.
