1 c. cornmeal
1 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 c. milk
1/4 c. oil
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
1 c. celery
1 c. onion
1 c. butter
5 eggs (I omit)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 qt. turkey broth (or chicken)

I add cut-up chicken or turkey sometimes.

Mix first 7 ingredients together. Place the 1/4 cup oil in the baking pan. Pour the mixture in the pan and bake 20 minutes at 425 degrees.
