STRING BEAN CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. onion
1/2 c. celery
1/4 c. bell pepper
1/2 c. cheese
1 can shoe peg corn
1 can string beans (French style)
1 can celery soup
1 c. sour cream
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix 1/2 stick butter to 1 stack crushed Ritz crackers. Mix all ingredients. Sprinkle buttered cracker crumbs on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
