STRING BEAN CASSEROLE (ITALIAN
STYLE)
 
2 cans French style cut string beans
4 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 c. Italian bread crumbs
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. olive oil

Drain water from beans. Saute beans and garlic in olive oil for about 15 minutes on high heat, stirring often. Add bread crumbs, stir until bread crumbs are moist. Then add cheese. Stir until mixed thoroughly. Add beaten eggs, mix well. Put heat on low flame, cover and cook until eggs are well done. Serves 4.
