EASY VIDALIA ONION RINGS 
2 lg. Vidalia sweet onions
2 1/4 c. self rising flour
2 c. milk
Oil for deep frying

Cut onions into 1/2 inch slices, separate into rings. Dip into milk, then flour, then milk again and back into flour. Deep fry at high temperature until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
