RHUBARB CRUNCH 
3 c. rhubarb, diced (or apples)
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

TOPPING:

3/4 c. oatmeal
3/4 c. flour
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. butter

Mix fruit with next 4 ingredients. Place in buttered baking dish. Sprinkle topping that has been thoroughly mixed over fruit mixture. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
