BROCCOLI AND RICE CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. chopped broccoli
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. celery chopped
1/2 c. onion shopped
4 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. grated cheese

Cook broccoli according to package directions. Cook onion and celery in butter. Make sauce with soups and cheese. Add onion, celery, and broccoli to sauce. Season to taste. Add mixture to rice and pour into a buttered casserole dish.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.

This makes a large casserole. All my family love it.
