MOCK BAKED STEAK 
3 lb. ground beef
3 tbsp. beef bouillon
1 c. cracker crumbs
2 med. chopped onions
1 c. cold milk
Salt & pepper (to your taste)

Combine above well. Pat onto cookie sheet to desired thickness, score into pieces the size you want.

Set overnight in refrigerator or freeze. When ready to fix, roll in flour, brown in skillet. Pour mushroom soup over meat. Bake at 350 degrees approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.
