BAKED SWISS STEAK 
2 lb. hamburger
3 c. bread crumbs
1 c. milk

Mix together. Roll like a jelly roll. Cover. Let stand overnight. Cut your squares of hamburger - flour on each side - brown on both sides. Put in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Cover with 1 can mushroom soup over meat and then cover with 1 can golden mushroom soup. Add some water over soups. Cover with envelope of dry onion mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
