PASTA VEGETABLE SALAD 
8 oz. pkg. spinach rotelle
3 c. cooked vegetables - carrots, broccoli, cauliflower
1 1/2 c. scallions, sliced
1 1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 pkg. rotini
1 c. Italian dressing
1/4 c. toasted sesame seeds
1 tsp. salt

Cook pasta as directed on package; drain. Rinse with cold water; drain. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, mix gently. Makes 8 servings.
