INDIANA PICNIC CAKE | |
1/4 lb. butter 2 c. flour 2 c. brown sugar 1 c. buttermilk 1 egg 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. chopped nuts 1/2 c. coconut (opt.) Mix first 3 ingredients; save one cup for topping. Add all other ingredients and mix well. Pour into greased 9"x13" cake pan. Top with crumb mixture, nuts and coconut. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. |
