CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER COOKIE 
2 sleeves Ritz Crackers
peanut butter
almond bark
variation includes Rice Krispies
seasonal sprinkles

Spread peanut butter on one sleeve of the Ritz crackers top each one with another sleeve of Ritz crackers.

Put almond bark into pan on very low heat to melt. Stir occasionally and watch it closely will burn easily.

After chocolate is melted, keep on burner and put each prepared peanut butter cracker sandwich into pan, flipping to make sure it is all covered.

Put onto parchment to dry.

You can put some seasonal sprinkles (Christmas colors) while the cookie is still wet. Will dry pretty fast.

Another variation is to add Rice Krispies to the peanut butter layer.

This is a quick and easy cookie to prepare.

Refrigerator to make sure they dry completely.
