CHEESE GINGER ALE CHICKEN 
1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
5 c. legs
5 c. thighs
1 c. corn or vegetable oil
1 tsp. garlic powder or clove fresh garlic, minced
2 c. ginger ale
1 c. grated cheese
1 box cheese garlic crouton

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Put first four ingredients in bag and shake. Put in chicken. Saute chicken over low heat until brown on all sides. Remove to drain on paper towels. Put chicken in large casserole dish, sprinkle on garlic powder and pour ginger ale around side of dish. Cover with top or aluminum foil. Bake 45 minutes. Remove cover and bake 10 minutes longer until cheese melts and croutons are crisp.
