CHEESE BAKED CHICKEN 
4 chicken breasts
Dash of salt & pepper
Dash of thyme
2 tbsp. butter
3 oz. mushrooms
Melted butter
3 tbsp. grated cheese

Remove skin from chicken and cut in halves. Place chicken on a board and hit with a mallet to flatten. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and thyme. Preheat a baking dish 4 minutes. Put butter and chicken in the heated baking dish and saute 3 minutes. Cut off stems of mushrooms and slice thinly. Mix with melted butter. Place mushrooms on fried chicken and sprinkle with grated cheese. Cook 4 minutes.
