ONION AND CHEESE CHICKEN BAKE 
12 x 7 1/2 inch glass baking dish.

6 chicken breast, skinned, boned (about 2 lbs. after deboning)
4 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. each seasoned salt and pepper
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 can (3 oz.) French fried onion rings
1/2 c. grated Jack or Swiss cheese

Melt butter in baking dish on roast for 1 minute or until melted; add seasonings. Roll chicken in seasoned butter to coat and arrange in dish. Cover with paper cook on high for 5 to 6 minutes.

Turn pieces over top with mushroom. Continue to cook on high for 4 minutes. Sprinkle with onion rings and grated cheese. Cook on high 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese bubbles.
