PASTA SALAD 
12 oz. pasta, any bite size pasta
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. olive oil
1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. red wine vinegar (Regina)
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. crushed black pepper
1/4 tsp. basil
2 tbsp. chopped green onion
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, cubed
1/4 lb. thinly sliced pepperoni
1 pt. cherry tomatoes
1 green pepper, thinly sliced
1 red pepper, thinly sliced
1/4 c. sliced black olives
1 c. raw cauliflower florets
1 c. raw broccoli florets
1 pt. fresh mushrooms, sliced
Grated Parmesan

Cook pasta and drain; cool in large bowl. Mix mayonnaise, oil, vinegar, lemon juice, mustard, garlic salt, pepper, and basil to make dressing. Toss with remaining ingredients except Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
