ZIPPY ZUCCHINI BAKE 
3 med. onions, sliced
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
4 med. zucchini, sliced
1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Separate onion slices into rings and place in layer in 13 x 9-inch baking pan; top with with 1 cup Cheddar cheese. Then add zucchini slices in layer. Pour spaghetti sauce over all and top with remaining Cheddar. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over all. Bake covered at 350 degrees about 45 minutes or until zucchini is tender.
