ZIPPY ZUCCHINI BAKE 
3 med. onions, sliced
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
4 med. zucchini, sliced
30 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Separate onions into rings and place a layer in a 13 x 9 inch pan. Top with 1 cup Cheddar cheese; add zucchini slices in layer; pour spaghetti sauce over all. Top with remaining Cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese.
