CHOCOLATE CHIP NUT BREAD
1 c. (6 oz. pkg.) Hershey's semi-sweet chocolate chips
3 c. buttermilk baking mix or biscuit mix
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg, slightly beaten
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. orange juice
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
2 tsp. grated orange peel

Chop Hershey's semi-sweet chocolate chips. Thoroughly combine buttermilk baking mix or biscuit mix and sugar in bowl until there are no longer any large lumps in the mixture. Combine beaten egg, milk and orange juice; add to dry ingredients. Beat vigorously by hand about 1 minute. Stir in chocolate chips, walnuts and orange peel.

Spoon into well greased 9" x 5" x 2 1/4" loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes or until done. Cool for 15 minutes; remove from pan and cool on rack. Store loaf wrapped tightly for one day to develop flavor. This loaf freezes well.

GLAZE: About an hour before serving prepare Chocolate Glaze. Heat 1/4 cup Hershey's Semi-Sweet chocolate chips, 1 tablespoon butter and 1 teaspoon light corn syrup in top of a double boiler over hot, not boiling, water. Stir constantly until chips are melted and the mixture is smooth. Spread warm glaze over top of bread, allowing some glaze to drizzle down sides.
