BEEF BRISKET 
3 to 5 lbs. beef brisket
1 pkg. dry onion soup
1 (12 oz.) bottle Pepsi

Place meat in a foil-lined pan. Sprinkle with onion soup. Pour Pepsi over all. Seal foil. Bake at 250 to 275 degree oven for 4 hours. Take out of oven and let cool thoroughly. Slice thin with knife. Put back into juice. Reheat to serve. Can be done a couple of days ahead of company.
