RHUBARB DUMP CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix
3 eggs
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. milk
Dash nutmeg
2 sticks butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. coconut
Rhubarb (or can substitute apples)

Slice enough apples or rhubarb to half full in 9 by 13 pan. Mix eggs, sugar, flour, milk and nutmeg and beat well. Pour over rhubarb, sprinkle cake mix over the mixture. Pour melted butter on top. Sprinkle with coconut. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until light brown. Cool and then refrigerate.
