CHOCOLATE CHIP MUFFINS 
1 egg
2 cups Bisquick baking mix
1/3 cup sugar
2/3 cup milk
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate mini morsels

Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease muffin cups or use paper baking cups.

Lightly beat egg. Add remaining ingredients except mini morsels. Stir just until moistened. Fold in mini morsels. Spoon into muffin cups 2/3 full.

Bake at 400°F for 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown.

Let cool a few minutes and brush with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar.

Makes 12 muffins.
