CHOCOLATE - CHIP MINI - MUFFINS 
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/3 c. + 1 tbsp. softened butter
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. white sugar
2 tsp. pure vanilla
2 eggs, beaten
1/3 c. buttermilk
2/3 c. + 2 tbsp. sour cream
1 1/2 c. mini chocolate chips

TOPPING:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/8 tsp. cinnamon

Blend topping ingredients and sprinkle over top of muffins before baking.

In mixing bowl combine butter, sugars, vanilla, eggs, and cream together. Add sour cream. Now stir in flour, soda and baking powder, using wooden spoon to blend. Stir in mini chips. Now sprinkle on topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Makes 24 to 30 mini muffins.

My family loves these mini muffins, they are a definite go-to recipe for us. Although, the recipe does not indicate when to add the buttermilk. I typically add it in after adding the sour cream, and have never received any complaints.
