CHOCOLATE CHIP MUFFINS 
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 c. vegetable oil
3 c. flour
1 c. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. chocolate chips

TOPPING:

1/2 c. butter, softened
1 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon

Line 24 muffin cups with cupcake papers. Beat eggs; stir in milk and oil. Mix in remaining 6 ingredients until moistened; batter will be lumpy. Fill muffin cusp 2/3 full. Make topping above by mixing the 4 ingredients until crumbly; press into muffin tops until cups are full and mounded slightly. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Remove immediately from tin and cool.
