CHOCOLATE CHIP MUFFINS 
2 egg whites
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. milk
Vegetable oil
2 c. flour
1/3 c. brown sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. chocolate chips

Beat egg. Stir in milk and oil. Add remaining ingredients, except for chocolate chips, just until flour is moistened. Fold in chips. Fill cups 3/4 full. Bake 20 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.
