CHOCOLATE CHIP MUFFINS 
2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg, well beaten
3/4 c. mini semi-sweet chocolate bits
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. oil

In medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and chocolate bits. Stir in egg, milk and oil, just until dry ingredients are moistened. Batter will be lumpy. Grease bottoms only of 12 muffin cups and fill two-thirds full. Bake at 400 degrees 20 to 25 minutes or until muffins are golden brown. Remove from pan immediately.
