CHOCOLATE CHIP BRAN MUFFINS 
1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. sugar
5 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. natural wheat bran
1/2 c. chocolate chips
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. vegetable oil

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Stir flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in bowl. Stir in bran and chips.

Combine eggs, milk, vanilla and oil. Add to flour mixture and stir to blend. Fill greased or paper lined muffin cups 2/3 full of batter. Bake until golden brown and firm for about 15-20 minutes.
