3/4 c. milk
1 egg
1/2 c. oil
2 c. flour
1/3 c. packed brown sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. chocolate chips

In large bowl beat egg. Add milk and oil. Stir in remaining ingredients until moistened. Fold in chips. Bake in 400 degree oven - greased muffin tins.
