CREAMY MACARONI AND CHEESE 
1 (16 oz.) box macaroni (I use Rotini but any will do)
1 cup (2 sticks) butter
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 pint heavy whipping cream
1 cup dairy sour cream
1 cup ricotta cheese
16 oz. mozzarella shredded cheese
8 oz. sharp cheddar shredded cheese

Cook noodles to desired tenderness, about 11 minutes. Set aside in large mixing bowl. Melt butter in microwave or in pot on stove, add sugar and salt to melt and mix well, add this mixture to noodles and mix well.

Add pint of heavy whipping cream, add sour cream and ricotta cheese and mix well, then add shredded mozzarella and sharp cheddar cheeses and mix very well. Pour/spoon into baking aluminum pan or any pan of large enough size to hold mixture.

Bake in oven at 350°F until well melted and slightly bubbling on sides, about 40 minutes. Remove and serve.
