CREAMY MAC AND CHEESE 
2 qt. water
1 tbsp. oil
2 c. milk
12 oz. cubed Velveeta
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. salt
2 c. macaroni
1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt

Boil water in large deep pot with 2 teaspoons salt and oil. Add macaroni and cook uncovered after water returns to a full boil, for 10 to 11 minutes. Drain and rinse.

In tightly covered container, combine 1 cup milk and flour. Shake until well blended. Pour into medium saucepan with remaining milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened. Add cheese cubes to sauce. Continue cooking until cheese is melted. Add salt, pepper and macaroni. Heat through.
