1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 stick butter
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1/2 c. cottage cheese
4 eggs
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Mix all ingredients. Pour into greased muffin pan. Bake at 400 degrees until brown.
