CHICKEN IN RED WINE 
2 cut up fryers
1 can sm. whole onions
1 can Franco-American Beef Gravy
2 cans sliced mushrooms
1/4 lb. butter
3/4 c. red wine

Season chicken with salt, pepper and garlic salt. Roll in flour and brown in butter. Remove to casserole.

In pan in which chicken was browned, add mushrooms and onions; cook 10 minutes adding butter if necessary. Sprinkle with 1 tbsp. flour and add wine. Let thicken and add beef gravy. Pour over chicken, cover and bake about an hour at 350 degrees.
