MUSHROOM MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. hamburger
1/2 c. onion
1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
Salt (dash)
Pepper (dash)
2 eggs
2 cans cream of mushroom soup

Mix together hamburger, onion, cracker crumbs, salt, pepper and eggs. Form into meatballs, about 1 1/2". Cook in electric skillet until meatballs are done, about 15 minutes. Turn once. Add cream of mushroom soup. If thinner gravy consistency is desired, simmer on low, stirring occasionally, about 20 to 30 minutes.
