MEATBALLS IN MUSHROOM GRAVY 
1 lb. ground beef
2-3 tbsp. catsup
1/2 tsp. mustard
Dash of salt, pepper, and seasoning salt
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 slice bread, cubed
1/4 c. milk
1 stalk celery, diced
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Mix all together and make approximately 1 1/2 inch balls and brown.

Simmer 1 can mushroom soup and 1/2 can water while browning meatballs. Bake in oven 1 hour at 350 degrees.
