MINI NUT CUPS 
1/4 lb. butter
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. flour

FILLING:

2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 c. light brown sugar
1 pinch of salt
3/4 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla

Dough: Mix well with fork after allowing cream cheese and butter to soften. Make 24 small balls and press into mini baking tins. (Chill pans with dough while mixing filling.)

Filling: Mix ingredients together adding chopped nuts last. Place one teaspoon of filling into each cup. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Nut cups will slip out freely when cooled with aid of small knife around edges.
