1 pkg. Pillsbury date bread mix 1 1/2 c. chopped candied fruit 1 c. chopped pecans 1/2 c. raisins Add fruit, chopped pecans and raisins to dry mix. Prepare as directed on package. Spoon into 24 regular sized, paper lined muffin cups. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool. Glaze with warm, light, corn syrup. Can be baked in loaf pan 8x4 inches or 9x5 inches; grease and flour bottom of pan only. Bake at 350 degrees for 70-85 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes; loosen edges with spatula; turn out. |
