HAM AND EGGS CRESCENT BRUNCH

8 oz. can Pillsbury crescent dinner rolls
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
1 to 1 1/4 c. cooked, cubed ham
1 to 1 1/4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
9 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed and drained
4 1/2 oz. jar mushrooms, drained
2 tbsp. chopped green peppers
1 lg. tomato, peeled, seeded, and diced
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Separate dinner rolls into 8 triangles in ungreased 12 inch pizza pan or 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Press over bottom and 1/2 inch up sides to form crust. Seal perforations. Beat eggs with Italian seasoning and salt; pour into prepared crust. Top with ham, Mozzarella cheese, broccoli, mushrooms, green pepper, and tomato. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until eggs are set and crust is golden brown. 6 to 8 servings.
