HAM 'N EGGS CRESCENT BRUNCH PIZZA | |
8 oz. can Pillsbury refrigerated crescent rolls 4 eggs 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning 1 c. cubed, cooked ham 4 oz. (1 c.) shredded mozzarella cheese 10 oz. pkg. chopped broccoli, thawed and drained 4.5 oz. jar sliced mushrooms, drained 2 tbsp. chopped green pepper 1 lg. tomato, peeled, seeded and diced 2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese Separate dough into 8 triangles; place in 12 inch pizza pan (ungreased). Press over bottom and up sides to form crust. Seal perforations. Beat eggs with seasoning and salt; pour into crust. Top with ham, cheese, broccoli, mushrooms, green pepper and tomato; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees about 30 minutes or until eggs are set and crust is golden brown. Makes 6 to 8 servings. |
