BREAKFAST/BRUNCH BAKE 
1 tube crescent rolls
1 1/2 lbs. pork sausage, browned and drained
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 onion, diced
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
7 eggs

Place crescent rolls in 9 x 13 inch pan. Put together so some holes remain. Place pork sausage, onion, green pepper, and cheese on the rolls layer. Beat the eggs and pour over all. Bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 6.
