HAM AND EGGS - CRESCENT BRUNCH

8 oz. can refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. salt, if desired
1 to 1 1/4 c. cubed cooked ham
4 to 5 oz. (1 to 1 1/4 c.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
9 oz. frozen broccoli, thawed and drained
4 to 5 oz. sliced mushrooms, drained
2 tbsp. green peppers
1 lg. tomato, peeled and diced
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Separate dough into 8 triangles. Place triangles in ungreased 12 inch pizza pan or 12 x 9 inch pan. Press over bottom and 1/2 inch up sides to form crust. Seal perforation. Beat eggs with Italian seasoning and salt pour into prepared crust. Top with ham, Mozzarella cheese, broccoli, mushrooms, green peppers and tomatoes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes to 40 minutes or until eggs are set and crust is golden brown. Serves 6 to 8.
