BREAKFAST BRUNCH 
1 lb. sausage
1 (8 oz.) crescent rolls
2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
4 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. milk
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Brown sausage. Drain well. Line a buttered 13x9x2 inch baking dish with crescent rolls. Press edges together. Sprinkle with sausage and Mozzarella cheese. Combine remaining ingredients and beat well. Pour over sausage and cheese.

Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes, then sprinkle with 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese. Put back in oven for 5 minutes.
