SUGAR CREAM PIE 
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 1/8 c. white sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tbsp. butter
1 c. whipping cream
1 c. scalded milk

Mix together dry ingredients. Mix together liquid ingredients and combine the two using blender. When thoroughly mixed, pour into an unbaked pie shell. Bake 15 minutes at 425 degrees. Reduce heat to 350 degrees, bake 45 minutes or until set.
