1 yellow cake mix with pudding
1 stick butter
1 egg
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 eggs
1 lb. powdered sugar

Mix first 3 ingredients together and pat in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix next 3 ingredients and pour on top of mix. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool completely before cutting.
