RED BEANS AND RICE 
2 cans kidney beans
2 cans stewed tomatoes
Polish sausage (as much as desired)
1/2 onion
2 bell peppers, diced
rice
salt and pepper

Add beans with juice, tomatoes with juice and Polish sausage in chunks. Add bell peppers and onion all together in a pot. Bring to a boil. Add cornstarch and water to thicken. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook rice as instructed. Serve over rice.
