SUGAR FREE ICE CREAM 
3 cans cream
4 eggs
1/2 gal. milk
3 tsp. vanilla (or more to taste)
Rock salt
3/4 c. Sweet & Low or Sugar Twin

Beat 4 eggs until well beaten. Add 3 cans evaporated milk, one can at a time, beating after each one. Add sugar and vanilla. Beat well. Pour in freezer and fill with whole milk. Freeze. Makes 4 or 5 quarts.
